Last year I got the Java version for Minecraft. I have now read and watched a video that you can get the Windows 10 Edition for free. With me there's nothing to get it for free. Does anyone know further?

You go to account.mojang.net and register and press Claim your happy copie then you have the code. In the Microsoft Store you go to Minecraft Windows 10 and enter the code.
