What I liked to do back then (makes mega buck)

Z.b on Google "pixel Mario" "pixel sonic" or "Mario build in minecraft" stop something like that.

But rather something for the creativmodus.

Depends on how complex it should be.

Extremely expensive:

Minas Tirith (See Lord of the Rings)
St. Peter's Basilica (The Pope's Thing in Rome)
Atlantis (underwater city with air-filled glass dome)

Mediocre:

Machu Picchu (Inca city in Peru)
Pharos of Alexandria (aka Lighthouse of Alexandria)

Minimal elaborate:

Brandenburg Gate (Berlin…)
Arc de Triomphe de l'Étoile (Paris, similar in construction to the Brandenbuger Tor)
