Minecraft forge error?

Help if i want to install forge the message comes: minecraft forge you need to run the version 1.7.10 manually at least once Help

You must have started Minecraft version 1.7.10 once and only then can you install Forge for this version

Start Minecraft normally and run the game version 1.7.10 once, you do that by going to the settings in the launcher and changing the version before you start the game. Then you start the game once (run = start the version 1.7.10 manually at least once = at least once)

Go to the Minecraft eavesdropper and play once with the Vanilla (normal) 1.7.10. You must have played this version before to install episode.
