Minecraft is too strong despite clients?

I recently bought Minecraft but my problem is it is too strong. I've been looking for many ways to improve fps.

Of optifine, badlion and lunar clients only optifine works, the others don't even start. In-game, I also set the graphics so that it runs faster, it was trz.

I know my pc is not the strongest, but that I can't play at all? Urgently need help
