Optifine two fps values?

I want to know why there are two fps values in optifine (minecraft) 1.13.2.

The first is always around 100-200fps and the second is 10-100fps

My system:

AMD Ryzen 5 2400g

Amd RX 580 Red Devil 8gb

Ram: Patriot Viper 4 Elite Red 8GB DDR4-2400 cl15
