Had a gt620 and the Athlon X2 260. Performance was as expected. Minecraft ran relatively smoothly at almost 60 fps (with very low settings). Now I have replaced the GT 620 with the K620 because it should actually be much better. I also installed the latest drivers but minecraft runs much worse. If you are not moving in the game, the CPU and GPU are relatively busy and there are a lot of fps. But if you want to take a look around, it's like a pig. There are consistently mini freezes and it runs smoothly. The processor is fully utilized but the graphics card is very low. Does anyone know why this is or how I can solve it? Maybe the graphics card is broken?
Ps: the processor is overclocked to 3.6 GHz
Due to the faster GPU, the CPU no longer manages fps that can be played at the same time and, when moving, can now reload the world = jerky / freezes.
Limit the fps and / or lower the settings again, otherwise the CPU will probably not make it.
The second solution would be to build a current Ryzen system with 8 GB Ram or if there's absolutely little money with a Athlon 3000G
With the Ryzen 3400G, you could also throw the K620 out of the system immediately because the integrated GPU in the CPU is significantly faster than the K620.
