Moin, I want to get a gaming PC, but in a range between 500-600 euro. What I want to gamble is LoL, Minecraft maybe GTA V if possible. I don't know much about building a pc myself. Can you help me to find a good one?

256 GB is really not enough for a gaming PC if there are already games that can take up more.
And the power supply is really questionable, especially if you want to upgrade in the future.

At 600 euro you can't expect much at the moment.
Yes, the power supply is a lot better in comparison.
You could easily install a significantly better graphics card later.
And the SSD still has twice the memory.
