Where can I find the Minecraft host file?

I can't log in anymore it says to make sure I'm online (I'm online)

The only file I know from Minecraft is the .minecraft file folder

You can find it by entering% appdata% into the menu search bar of the PC

I know but I read a post by someone saying: delete the ip from the host file
