Transfer Microsoft account with all purchases?

I've been extremely keen to play Minecraft lately. That's why I wanted to ask that if I buy minecraft on a PC and then log in to another account with the same login data, do I have to buy it again? Seriously?

Of course you don't have to buy it new, it doesn't matter which device you access your account from. At most, Microsoft will ask you if that's okay, and you might get an email to confirm access to the device. Otherwise it doesn't matter.
