Ps4 Minecraft Microsoft Account Login but only knows the username?

I want to play minecraft on ps4. I also want to play on server and therefore I have to connect to Microsoft. I was once connected to Microsoft but not anymore. If I want to log in with an account now, I have to go back to the old account, but I no longer know the password of this account or, even worse, which email I'm using. I've already tried all my emails, including those from my father, but it still doesn't work. Does anyone know how to fix the problem that I can see my email from my account again.

It's best to call Microsoft support. Maybe they get something out of the username.
