You shouldn't have any problems.
If you search Google for Minecraft System Requirements, you will find the components you need.
I can't tell you how many Fps you have now.
So 4GB Ram is far too little. I recommend you 16.
This should work fine if you play normally, but you shouldn't use the most extreme graphics setting and the most edge distance, etc. That could lead to lags for you. ^^ Have fun with Minecraft
A maximum of 8 is sufficient for Minecraft
4GB RAM still works with 16 is better but to simply play Minecraft you can play on the table tennis table. 👌
16 is a bit much, if you don't play with blatant shaders, 8GB is enough. With 4GB you probably can't use shaders and don't have a great render distance, but should be enough
