What kind of components do I need? - 1

I would like to know which components I need for a PC that I use for playing FPS, RPG and shooter games and for developing games (the second is more important, but I would still be able to play comfortably on the computer ).

To be more precise, I would like to know if I:

- need a lot of RAM or little RAM?

- do I need a lot of storage space?

-Whether I need to focus more on the CPU or on the GPU?

The games I play are like Apex Legends, Minecraft, Valorant, CoD: Warzone and LoL (and of course RPG games). I would like to have at least 120 FPS with them.

The budget is not that important in the first place, but it should be humane, so no 10,000 euro systems. For the beginning a maximum of 1,500 euro would be appropriate. I don't necessarily need the PC straight away, so I could buy the individual parts one by one, so the budget is not that important, but I also don't want to buy the individual parts one by one for 2 years.

I think that would address the most important things, and if not then please ask.

I thank you in advance for the patience that you have read this question and if you still answer this question appropriately.

For 1000 euro - 1500 euro you can build a pretty good PC. 120 FPS shouldn't be a problem, but of course it also depends on the graphics settings and resolution. For game developers, I would recommend a PC with a lot of RAM and a good processor.

Is the corresponding monitor already available, or does it have to be included in the calculation?

The monitor is available scgon. I think 144hz should be enough and it also has adaptive sync, at least that's what the monitor said on the company's website.

And with so much background knowledge you don't know how to configure your PC?

You should be aware that you can easily stay below € 1,000 if you don't go above 144 Hz, right? You can currently also like to spend 5X as much money and still not reach 144Hz in all games (not even in WQHD).

The question / claim should rather be: "Bet THAT I can tell the difference without knowing which hardware is installed?!" ^^

I say no!

Why spend hundreds of Euro MORE on things that you can't even see?
