If you configure a 1TB HDD and Windows 10 then it should be enough for Minecraft with shaders in Full HD.

I also have a Ryx580 and play Minecraft with the sildurs shader in the extreme volumetric version with a 64x64 texture pack and get a range of 11, 55-70fps.

If you only spend 50 euro each on the CPU and mainboard, then yes, otherwise you might buckle.

If you only use the weak shaders, ok, but the clever ones definitely need more power.

For 600 you get ne 1650s or partially (still) a vega 65

And they manage shaders to easily over 100 fps, unless you take the very extreme ones
