I have a windows 7 pc. He keeps crashing. Mostly when I'm playing a game (Minecraft). Can someone write what it could be? Already reset it yesterday. But it didn't work.
Sounds like overheating, take a look at the values while you play.
Think Pc or laptop reinstall / reset to factory settings. Since it is caused by overheating (see Task Manager) or virus and should not be resolved afterwards, please have a look at the air supply of the laptop / cooling position
Hope could still help you.
With best regards
Akame
Ps: If I could help you, I would be happy to receive a thank you, helpful or / and like.
Have a good time!
If you're still using Windows 7, it is likely infected with malware.
The upgrade to Windows 10 is still possible for free, I strongly advise you to do it.
Let's put it this way: As long as you connect an operating system that should no longer be connected to the Internet with the Internet, it is not worth further analysis or troubleshooting.
The mistake lies in going online with it.
Oh yes - nice unfocused actionism with your reset. With this you have very effectively deleted all logs that could have been used to analyze the error! Bravo!
It is logical and to be expected that something like this does not solve such errors.
Nope! With something like that it doesn't help to set something up again - apart from the fact that the questioner has already done that!
Your answer probably helps the questioner as much as no answer at all.
This can have many different causes.
If z. B. If the processor or the graphics card is overwhelmed with something or can't process something, the PC switches off as a precaution so as not to damage itself (even more).
It would be interesting here whether the computer shows an error message beforehand or the screen goes black immediately.
If so, then in fact no answer will help him.
In any case, better than expressing guesswork. They can't only "not help" but also cause new problems.
