Minecraft villagers steal my bed. What to do?

I have been playing Minecraft for a long time since the last update, everything is different. Me and my boyfriend always inhabit villages in Minecraft. BUT NOW BREAK THE VILLAGE RESIDENTS AND FINE IN MY BED PURE. Can someone tell me what I can do? (i hope luca reacts to it lul xD)

Build a door that only players can enter.

Is that possible? If yes how?

One can e.g. Build a door that runs with Redstone. So: iron door or iron trap door with Lever and off you go

I always take wooden trapdoors as a door. Not even baby zombies, who theoretically could jump over them, get through it.

Just read the patch notes from 1.14. It's like that, the villagers go to sleep at night.

I found on reddit. But I think you want to prevent it from annoying or even losing the valuable resource Villager.

In the comments is that a right click is enough. I did not test that.
