I got the switch at launch and since today the switch is bugging in hand hold. Namely when I e.g. Starting Minecraft, I enter the menu and the game with the docked joicons. When you arrive in the game, the caracter doesn't move, but if I take out the joicons I can move it
Apparently the wired connection between the switch and joy-con is not intact. Is it only the left analog stick that doesn't work or does other buttons on the left joycon work? Try other joy-cons, or your joy-con on a different switch. Then you know whether it's just the switch or the joy-con. Then you could possibly just reorder the joy con on the left.
There are both joicons and they load and I can use the menu in my handhold
As I said, I would give others a try. The fact that they load and that certain functions work doesn't say that much.
