I bought a Minecraft Acc and then I had to confirm it with the email from my parents (I made it with my own, of course, I'm old enough). I went to the link in the email and was forwarded to a page and there then said that I have to buy Minecraft again (23.95 the java edition)
Can someone help me there?

You don't have to pay again as you have already done so. Tip: The email is only used as a confirmation. Plus, Minecraft can't pay for itself because you probably haven't saved credit cards or something. Just go to buy and then you come to the page "you already own Minecraft" and can download it.
Before that you have to log in, of course!
I've already done that and it didn't help when I go back into the launcher, it says player on the top left and I can only play a demo
