-Processor: Intel Core i5-6500 (4x 3.2 GHz / 6MB cache)
-Processor graphics: Intel HD Graphics 530 (4k support)
-Graphics card: AMD Radeon R5 340x (2GB)
- RAM: 8GB DDR3
- Hard drives: 240GB Solid State Disc and 500GB Serial ATA - 5400
-Operating system: Windows 10 Pro
Is that enough for Java? Or at least Bedrock (lag free)?

That shouldn't be a problem, but it's best to download optifine for your version, then you usually or sometimes twice as many fpd. I always had around 40 fps and with optifine always over 70. There are a lot of tuorials on you tube like mn downloads it for java.
