In Minecraft with the rx 5700 xt and the ryzen 5 3600 I only have 70-80 fps although my cpu and gpu utilization are around 20%. Have no fps limit, no high resolution pack, no shader, and have 8 gb ram assigned of which only 10% are used.

Have a look in the Task Manager and maybe there's a program running in the background… In addition, if you have this problem on a server then it is probably due to your connection or to the server… Try lowering your rendering distance and see if it works changes.
Another suggestion: You can increase your screen heart rate in the settings of your graphics card. Maybe you have set a limit here… The setting is different with AMD than with Nvidia graphics cards… I don't know my way around AMD. Sry
70-80 is really Geilo I play Xplane 11 because you can celebrate if you manage 30fps
you can change the RAM assignment in the launcher for installations / 1.XX under "more options"

Funny, the human eye can actually no longer record like 26 frames per second, that means anything above 26 fps makes no difference
