I always have the same laggs in every game that I either run very slowly or hang so please help!

It's probably your keyboard. It was the same with me. And if it's every game…
I once put running on a different key there was the same problem is it then the whole keyboard?
I have a similar stuttering in the PC building sim
When I go there my game jerks totally and the fps drop to below 30
Otherwise when I look around or build the PCs everything is normal
I find it very strange
Or at the USB port or or… Try a different USB port and a different keyboard…
I don't see anything unusual there. Looks like you're sprinting and will stop running shortly afterwards.
