Minecraft forge installer?

Hi

I want to install minecraft forge 1.12.2. But whenever I try it (also 1.14.1 etc) there's only one box where downloads are displayed and tracked. I therefore can't install it. Am I doing something wrong?

Hi, I'm going to write you a little guide:

When you are on the official Minecraft Forge website, go to the desired Minecraft version on the left. When you have clicked on it, click on "Download Latest". When that has finished downloading, go to your downloads folder and open the file. Then a small window should appear there and you have to click on "install client". Then the message should appear that it was installed successfully. Then you open the Minecraft Launcher and look for the Forge version of Minecraft and open it. Then you can slide the mods or whatever you want to do with them into the mods folder. (Windows + R, then .minecraft and there's the Mods folder.
