Best Minecraft PE Mode installer?

There are so many mod installer for MinecraftPE and I would like to have some fun, useful or groundbreaking mods / addons for MCPE but I do not know what mod installer I should install. The best installer with more than just a mod. I would spend two / three money for it. (I have Android one)

MCPE Master is available for free. Can then also install skins, maps and texture packs.
