Not recognizable in minecraft whether I'm sprinting?

I play minecraft and am not exactly the omniscient about the settings there.

So I changed a few settings and apparently found something that is important to me. I know when I sprint and when I go. You just don't recognize it anymore.

I would be very happy if you could help me

In English it is "view bobbing", when the setting is off you don't see the hand moving. Right away I don't know what bobbing means, but something with wobbling according to Google.
