Moin everyone, I plan to build a PC myself, everything is fine, only the prices of the graphics cards are really extraterrestrial at the moment. I have already looked for all the parts that I need for my gaming PC, now I wanted to ask if I should order the parts and assemble them, and whether I can then play Minecraft with the integrated graphics card? Or do you know where I can get a graphics card for a solid and reasonable price?
Ebay classifieds
Unfortunately, I can't help you with the purchase of a graphics card. Minecraft will definitely not run on the integrated GPU.
If the standard graphics card has the minimum level of a toaster, everything should fit.
Only on larger servers like Hypixel could it get bad when joining.
Thank-you
Why shouldn't Minecraft run on an integrated GPU?
Minecraft also runs smoothly on newer iGPUs (even Intel HD).
So you think it's fair to buy an RX 580 (which is actually worth 150 euro) for 700 euro?
So it will work out fine, but not particularly well. Depending on the performance of the integrated GPU, it can even cause damage.
Yes, Minecraft runs smoothly on newer iGPUs, even Intel HD graphics units.
So if you're just playing Vanilla, that shouldn't be a problem, even on servers.
I would be interested in your configuration, maybe something can be improved there.
I must have underestimated the power of the new iGPUs. Par years ago that would be impossible to play on an integrated something.
So I find that Minecraft runs on an integrated GPU without increasing "damage"
Do you have Dsicord then I can write you my exact components.
What are you talking about right now.
Minecraft also runs smoothly on 7th Gen Intel HD graphics units (depending on the 60fps or even more), a graphics chip does not break just because it is used.
You're right. Seems like I haven't been keeping up with the times.
Do you have to distance yourself from the last 3 gens and take something older for the transition because you can still find a lot and for Minecraft it is always enough?
I also played with an older Intel HD graphic, had optifine and enough RAM up to 300fps. Even with mods and enough RAM, everything went smoothly. It worked on servers, but you shouldn't play with shaders, because I had a maximum of 10 fps
, with many iGPUs (apart from the new Intel and AMD iGPUs) there's still not much that can be done, but Minecraft is more CPU-heavy.
Minecraft also runs with a graphics card integrated in the processor. Shaders and "blatant" texture packs are probably not included.
I just don't know which graphics card is good for Minecraft. Can you recommend something to me?
On the Intel i5 10th generation?
Sorry I wrote a comment, wanted to write an answer…
What nonsense!
