I wanted to ask how stable minecraft is on this pc, so how much FPS can I get together without or with shaders on which version pc?

So I have a pretty similar PC at least from the graphics card, the processor and the motherboard ago and I run Minecraft without Forge Edition (is a mod) with 120 FPS, with Forge 60 Fps, with Forge and Texturepack 40-45 Fps and without texture pack with Forge and recording around the 60 FPS, but unfortunately when recording with Framedrops.
I can't answer your question about shaders, I do not play with shaders, but a 1024 texture pack is the maximum that works - at about 30 fps.
