I can't connect to my Microsoft account on Minecraft?

I downloaded Minecraft for free on the Internet and I was able to register, in the end there were problems and I bought it with the hope that I can register and other reasons, but I still can't register. What should I do?

Java or Bedrock?

Check your emails. Could be that you fell for a fake and your account is generally no longer working.
