Minecraft alt accounts premium?

I wanted to ask if you can get a real life penalty if you use cracked premium accounts in Minecraft.

If you only use it it is very unlikely only if you sell or publish it etc then it could be maybe but there's also the risk out know me from it myself have sold old etc and can tell you as a user you are actually sure but theoretically it is not allowed you can just say you did not know that it was heard / hacked etc you would come along with it besides that mojang is not interested in the users but the seller so they will not pursue it
