I think you can't transfer that.
There are 2 versions for the PC:
1. Java Edition
2. Windows 10 Edition (Bedrock)
Just so that it does not come to misunderstandings: the Java Edition can be installed on a Windows 10 computer.
BUY THE JAVA EDITION
This is much better than the Bedrock Edition. Modifiable, custom skins, it gets more used (all big servers run with the java edition and everyone can host their own server), resource and datapacks and they always get the updates first (the java edition is developed and then bedrock just reprogrammed).

So for now you have to download a Java program on the Internet.
Then you have to buy Minecraft again for the PC (20 euro or so)
Why? "Because Pocket Edition is different than Java Edition.

There are the highly limited Windows 10 Edition and the normal Java version.
To play on the big servers alias Hxpixel, HIveMC etc, you need the Java Edition.
