Skeletons. It seems to me like you have an aimot that is 100% accurate. No matter how hard I try to avoid them, they'll hit me anyway, as long as there's nothing between me and the skeleton to stop the arrow. Otherwise I have a real problem with no mobs in the game.
And how they suddenly zigzag.
Phantoms. Especially with adventure maps that take a little longer to get on your nerves so hard. I just want to be able to turn them off somewhere.

Skeletons. I hate them so much, if you don't have an arch at night when you can't see anything and a skeleton comes along, then you can start all over again.
