Are there actually in Minecraft in the nether Lohen and fortresses with Witherskelleten etc?

since the update i can't find any more fire in the nether?

Ocelots have always only spawned in the jungle, and have never spawned in the nether.
So you will only find ocelots in the jungle.

They never spawned in the Nether? Maybe they are in through your portal.

Nether fortresses have only become rarer.
