Make Minecraft players visible only to his team?

How can you make a player transparent in Minecraft for his team, but visible and invisible to the other team?

Make everyone invisible and set the seeFriendlyInvisibles option to true for the teams

But then Team Blue doesn't see Team Red (example). I actually thought that only one player is invisible to team red and visible to team blue, but still helpful

Oh, then you only have to make one player invisible? It's logical. Can you make it so that the player is completely invisible to one team and transparent to the other team or something so that the team realizes that they are invisible to the other team?
