How do you find this Pc to stream / record video from Minecraft?
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700X GraKar: Rx 580 Motherboard: B450 Gaming + With a 500W power supply and 16GB Ram.

The PC is optimal for streaming, you have chosen exactly the right CPU (8 cores / 16 threads) so that you can stream in the highest details fluently.
Tip: Take the Rzyen 2700 without x, because you can very easily overclock the CPU yourself in the BIOS: +0.1 volt offset, and then on e.g. 4 GHZ.
Tip2: Since you'll demand the CPU properly, buy a good air cooler.
As Philipp writes below, the RAM should be a DUAL Kit with ~ 3000 MHz.

For streaming, the Ryzen 7 2700x is the right choice. 16 GB RAM is also an advantage for Minecraft, the clock should be 3000 or 3200 MHz.
