I wanted to ask which professor is better suited for playing and streaming. So the PC should be for playing smaller games like Battlefield Minecraft or GTA V. The Ryzen 2700 has 8 cores / 16 threads,
The i7 6800k has 6 cores / 12 threads,

In multithreaded applications, the i7 - 6800K of a Ryzen 7 - 2700X would therefore be technically inferior. In addition, the FCLGA 2011 v3 platform with X99 - PCH is quite expensive.
To stream clearly take the Ryzen 7 2700x. For pure gaming, the Intel i7 6800k is preferable. Where a new i7 9700k is much better.
The bottom line is that you are best advised with the AMD Ryzen 7 2700.
