Hi so I would like to get a PC, but unfortunately my budget is very limited. I would like to pay a maximum of 150 euro including the screen, mouse and keyboard. I know this is very hard, but I would only play Minecraft, Fortnite and Sims on it anyway.

Very little. If you spend so little, there's no point in using a PC.
A FullHD monitor with 60heart, i.e. 60 frames per second, costs more than a third, with a weaker color space quality.

Very bad combination. The relatively good processor does nothing with 4GB of slow RAM. You need at least 8GB of Dual Channel DDR4-3000 CL16 or better 16GB. This is an absolute bottleneck because the APU depends heavily on RAM. Then prefer a cheaper CPU and decent RAM or used parts.
With the budget it will be nothing. You can schedule the 150 for the periphery (mouse, keyboard and screen). For a used calculator, another 150 euro.
