My main hard drive is almost full and I have found that the .Minecraft folder is very busy.
Now I want to move the Minecraft folder to my 2nd hard drive.
Can someone tell me how I can do it best?
I have just moved the Minecraft folder but then the main hard drive just got fuller.
What is that about?
That just doesn't work. You can move the folder freely - ok -; any number of times. You can only use the program there. All the game addresses and addresses for background routines are in the register of the system disk and are always expected to be searched from there; when copying, however, the ragistery will not move to the new disk / target disk. This applies to every program - the register is always on the system disk.
New installation on a different disk is the only solution; this also creates the ragistery information.
