Windows Explorer crashes when I rename an .ogg file?

Windows Explorer crashes when I rename an .ogg file, and I just wanted to make a Minecraft Soundpack, where I then have to rename the files. I've watched a lot of YouTube videos, but none of them helped.

Uninstall the "Web Media Extensions" and restart the system. That should (according to internet research) fix the problem.

Where can I uninstall the "web media extensions"?

Normally under Apps and Features, which you can also use to uninstall other programs. Right-click on the "Windows symbol" and select "Apps and features". In the window that opens, scroll down until you find "Web Media Extensions". Click on it there and then uninstall it.
Restart the system and let me know if it worked.
