(For school or Youtube look or maybe something small gambling, such as Minecraft or something.)

You have to spend a little more.
There are hardly any better for 250 euro.
RAM is really thin with 4GB. And Minecraft is pretty good.

And that for 270 euro with Troll CPU (so correct AUA)
For gambling there will certainly be nothing. But to use for school and surfing you can find something in this price range, you have to be able to live with it that it is a bit slower.
