Redeem Minecraft prepaid code?

I bought a Minecraft prepaid card in my trusted Media Markt on Friday. When I tried to redeem it the next day there were some complications, the card has a 10-digit code, but the website asks for a 25-digit code. What's going on and how can I activate my Minecraft account?

Maybe you have a code for the Java Edition and are trying to redeem it for the Bedrock Edition, or the other way around.
