I have a PC setup of I7-9700k, 32 GB 3000 Mhz Corsair RAM, and an RTX 2080 Ti graphics card. However, with every Minecraft shader I have an FPS of 30 on medium, 50 on easy and about 2 fps on very high shader details. Do I have to change something in virtualization or similar on my PC?
It also depends on me, what resolution you play

But there are YouTube videos where you can play Minecraft shaders with 4k and 60 fps…
I somehow realized that you play in 4K. But 4K is nice too, what do you want to say😇 Try a good low shader or a middle class 🤔
But others have the same setup and yet continuum shader 4k with 2048x stratum resource pack
Look in the Task Manager, if there's something unusually high? Did you install Minecraft on a SSD?
Yes, it is installed on a 32GB / s SSD. If I reduced the resolution or change my old 1920x1080p monitor, it still has such a low fps
