Find platforms for friends?

Minecraft was actually half my childhood. I'm still playing the game, but I'm missing the multiplayer vanilla part of it. Therefore I'm looking for platforms or the like on which I can find like-minded people (! From the current time!) And with which I can play. I've had a long and unsuccessful internet search.

Do you want to play in small or large groups?

You can find existing servers in server lists. Google simply go to "Vanilla Minecraft Server List".

If you want to play privately with people in small groups, I would use Minecraft forums. There are certain suitable categories there.

I would rather play privately. I mentioned that I searched for a long time and found nothing or only postings from older times. That's why I asked here about suitable platforms
