Play games from XBox on PC?

I bought a PC and want to play games on it. I also have an XBox and games like GTA or Minecraft there. Can I also install it on the PC or do I have to buy it again? Can I then transfer my score?

Buy again, but you can also just buy the Gamepass in the Microsoft store, there you have more of it. Than buying each game individually, at least now as a newbie.
