Minecraft gesture control?

I'd like the Minecraft player to turn to the left when I turn my head to the left. Is that possible with a normal web cam?

Theoretically possible but very expensive to implement.

It would be easier with sensors like eg. For ner VR glasses

Well you have to know the recorder program with what you program it at first and get that done… Well think that will cost you a lot of time.
