My brother will be 16 this month and I haven't got a present for him yet. He is passionate about gaming (Minecraft, Counterstrike, GTA, …). Otherwise he is still a good slot car driver and has a Bengal cat, which he loves very much.
I already asked him what he wanted and nothing came of it.
Do you have an idea? Gladly a company, for the 15th time I was driving a car with him (so he was allowed to drive) and he liked that very much.
I was very happy about my new headset. The Astro a40. I'm really excited and if your brother is a passionate gamer, he would definitely be happy.

A good quality new headset worth around 140-200 euro, for example from Corsair or Sony
If he plays on a PC maybe a new keyboard or gaming mouse with a very good quality e.g. From Corsair or Steel Series
or a gaming chair
new monitor for the PC or a new CPU / GPU
I don't know what he already has…
If it doesn't have to be gaming-related, I'd have paintball as a suggestion. It's really fun.
