On the lowest settings and stretched, of course.

Yup but you have to try a lot with the settings eg. With my old laptop which is worse than your pc / laptop, I had to play around with the settings for 2-5 days and also installed a very good fps mod with which I got 20+ fps because I had an average of 40-70 fps sometimes 100-120 (that in servers) but for me it was still in the single player because the mod probably doesn't work

Define "can".

You can play anything, the other thing is fluid.
I strongly doubt that it can be played comfortably, since you don't even have a graphics card and the CPU with a clock speed of 1.60 GHz doesn't exactly help.

Here are the requirements for Minecraft:

+ 60fps

As for RAM, yes… But CPU and GPU… I think you won't be happy with it. 1.6 GHz dual core and 2.16 GHz boost is probably a bit weak. And the graphics card will not tear much. Your device is more designed for office, surfing, emails, etc. Even with multitasking, your processor is already reaching its limits, even back when it was released and don't think it has gotten better 🙈.

Fr

OK, so down to the graphics card in any case (i.e. Everything except the graphics card would be made for this)

All right thank you

Please please. I mean, you can give it a try, but I can't imagine that it runs smoothly and that you enjoy it. First had to find out that my hardware was too weak and then upgraded to a slightly newer system. You definitely don't need a high end PC for the games you want. A good middle class gaming PC / laptop is sufficient if there's a budget for something 😉

It is an office computer with very little performance. If you are lucky then Minecraft will run on the lowest graphics settings with 20-30 FPS. Games like CS: GO or Grand Theft Auto V will look rather bad there.
