Why is my graphics card not clocking up?

I have the problem that my GPU (RX 590 8gb) only clocks up to 500MHZ in Minecraft, but it does in all other games
CPU: R5 2600x
GPU: RX 590 8gb
Ram: 3200mhz 2x8gb dual channel

If it doesn't have to clock faster, it won't. And if the frames are right, then I don't see any problem in them.
