My question is why animals despawn after you log out and then log back in and whether you can undo that or whether you can select an older game point?
Nothing despawns for me, which version? PE, Bedrock, Java + Minecraft version.
So I'm playing on the Bedrock Edition, and it's pretty stupid because I found a Pink Sheep and then immediately put it in an earth hanger

This is a bug in the Bedrock Edition. Mobs despawn if they cross a chunk boundary during the save process.
