Minecraft graphic bug?

I play in version 1.14.4. So far always with resourcepack but now I wanted to try it without it. However my minecraft now looks like an 8 bit game! Is that a bug because everywhere else I see another graphic… What can I do there? Reinstalling did not help.

What exactly is it? Less colors on the screen? Slower frame rate? Lower / pixelated resolution? Because "like 8-bit" can mean many things.

If all blocks have pink-black textures, only a reinstall of Minecraft would be necessary. (If you have saved worlds, first copy them elsewhere so as not to delete them.)

Well it just looks like the pixel could theoretically count… But with texturepack everything is normal
