Minecraft can't be installed?

I recently tried to install Minecraft Java Edition for Windows 10. But when I signed up and came to buy, the only thing on the top right was that it could not be downloaded. I've been waiting for a day because it might be a bug. If I then close the error message, the order is still there and I did not have to enter a PaySafe code or anything else. But there's also no confirmation email and there's a "Cancel order" button, which only works sometimes. If it works, the error message comes back.

I'm sorry if I misunderstood you. That probably won't help you fix your problem now, but I would never play Minecraft Windows 10 Edition. It has some disadvantages and the majority of the players play the Java Edition in the original Minecraft Launcher or with the Badlion Client. I myself had both and uninstalled the Win 10 Edition one-time games.
