I always have 60fps on my screen because minecraft never had more than 60fps when I do f3. Since sometimes the internet is bad with minecraft I wanted to ask if it makes a difference if I set the video settings in minecraft from "unlimeted" to 60fps or if it has nothing to do with the internet?

You can make it infinite, but a constant FPS number is m.n.n. Better than a swaying one.
You get full bales through good internet.
The Blaken show your internet connection. Connect your computer to the router with a LAN cable and if that doesn't help much, you have to get a better line from the provider!
Or if all the fun is over Wi-Fi, hang a repeater nearby.
