Do website owners have to delete someone's data if I want to, for example?

I have registered on a Minecraft forum who do it very professionally, but I and 2 colleagues have noticed that it is absolutely dirty.

Could I write down and ask for my data to be deleted and is there a law there?

Yes, they have to delete that. Often you can apply for this in the account settings, otherwise an informal email is sufficient. The legal basis for this is Art. 17 GDPR.

There are exceptions to this only if you E.g. You have paid something, then you have to save (only) the relevant data for tax reasons for a period of time.
